KandVerify provides independent on-ground verification, monitoring, and reporting services in Nigeria. This includes property verification, welfare checks, business due diligence, and other inspection services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that you are doing so for legitimate purposes.

3. Service Limitations & No Guarantees

  • Our reports are based on physical inspections and available information at the time of visit.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information or future outcomes.
  • KandVerify is not liable for any financial loss, damage, or misrepresentation arising from your reliance on our reports.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, photos, and content we generate are owned by KandVerify. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the reports for personal or internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KandVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
